FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
With 10 years in senior management roles and 5 years as a director of a thriving construction company — Angie understands the industry in a way most tech founders simply don’t. When AI began hitting the mainstream, she recognised before most that this wasn’t a trend to watch, it was a shift to get ahead of. She made the bold decision to steer Construct Virtual away from marketing entirely and into AI implementation, retrained her team from the ground up, and built the business around what construction companies actually need next. Outside of work, Angie loves travelling all over world and spending time with her 6 year old daughter.
Marcele Nyamekye
Client Success and Campaigns
Marcele owns the client relationship once onboarding begins, making sure every engagement runs smoothly and every commitment on the roadmap gets delivered. She works closely with the AI Business Manager team to keep campaigns on track and clients informed at every stage. Marcele has a background in client services and project management. Outside of work, she enjoys creativity in all its forms and is rarely without a good playlist.
Juan Niek
Head of Systems, Technical and AI
Juan is the technical backbone of Construct Virtual, responsible for the systems and infrastructure that power every client implementation. He oversees the AI Business Managers team from a technical standpoint, sets build standards, and makes sure every solution that enters the Solution Library is robust, repeatable, and built to last. Juan has a background in systems design and automation. Outside of work, he enjoys problem solving in all forms — on and off a screen.
Debbie Alas
Finance
Debbie manages the financial operations at Construct Virtual, keeping everything running accurately and on time behind the scenes. She ensures client billing, internal reporting, and financial compliance are handled with precision so the rest of the team can focus on delivery. Debbie has a background in financial administration and brings calm and rigour to everything she touches. Outside of work, she enjoys reading books, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Manika Ashton
Senior AI Business Manager, Trainer and Supervisor
Manika leads and supports the AI Business Manager team, quality reviewing client deliverables and ensuring every implementation meets Construct Virtual’s standards before it goes live. She also trains new AI Business Managers as the team grows, passing on the knowledge and systems that make every engagement successful. Outside of work, Manika loves travelling and walking her husky.

He works closely with clients to ensure their online presence is structured in a way that AI platforms can read, trust, and recommend. Before joining Construct Virtual, Andrew worked with some of the largest media publishers in the US, bringing a wealth of experience in search and digital visibility at scale. Outside of work, Andrew loves chess, has a passion for cheese, and runs marathons.
